Welcome to the Montgomery County Pct. 4 Constable’s Office Website! Our goal is to provide a comprehensive resource for citizens and business owners of East Montgomery County. Here, you can learn about the services we offer, the roles of our various divisions, and explore employment opportunities within our office. Additionally, this website aims to improve communication and share timely public safety information, fostering a stronger connection between our office and the community we serve.

East Montgomery County is a growing area, home to over 120,000 people and spanning more than 232 square miles northeast of Houston, Texas. Our office operates from the East Montgomery County Courthouse Annex in New Caney, Texas, with a dedicated team of over 50 full-time sworn deputies, reserve deputies, and civilian staff.

While our primary responsibilities include civil process and serving as bailiffs for Justice of the Peace Pct. 4, we also provide 24/7 patrol coverage. Our specialized teams include Criminal Investigations, K9, Special Response Team (SRT), Special Response Group (Riot Team), Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC), Honor Guard, Drone Support, and Swift Water Rescue.
